As a result of my kidnapping on the 9th of September of this year, I have been doing a little thinking and I believe I’ve come up with something that’s plausible, it’s probably happening, and that you should take a look at.

I have recently learned what a conservatorship is. Now as a result of my circumstances which the majority of you know very well I Am illegally detained on the sidewalk for 21 years. But detaining a human being is a complex process. It takes corrupt police, corrupt judges, corrupt Attorney Generals and corrupt FBI agents to do it. Furthermore these things are done for money. Which means that we need logistics in place to siphon money away from the victim and to ourselves.

Now there is a post that I had already started tooling around with about our supposed “police-state”. And why of all the things and of all the people police would decide that they should rise to the occasion and these control everything in the city on behalf of the citizenry before the entire thing runs off the side of the road. This is bullshit of course, and we know that the real reason that police would want a police state is to institutionalize the corruption and the profit-making that they have in place to make off of the citizenry.

So I thought I would start to delineate different ways that we as citizens are profited from–or taxed by a police state–such that they make money as we go about our day-to-day affairs. The article is just in the incubation stage and although I have several things listed I’ve got more research to do before I present it.

And now this bombshell.

A conservatorship is like a power of attorney, or what used to be called a guardianship. It’s just like having custody of something or someone.

The supposed purpose of the conservatorship is to seize control of the person and their assets on behalf of the person due to incapacity. Incapacity meaning severe handicaps, retardation, comatose in the hospital–that sort of thing.

So far so good? I’m not moving too fast for anyone?

Now then, a conservatorship is granted by a judge in a court but you, the comatose personsupposedly, do not have to be present at the court proceedings for the conservatorship to be granted. After all you’re incapacitated.

Now then, let me interject one wild card into this scenario. Psychotronics.

ELF technologies can be used to communicate with people and transfer experiences from one person to another; can invoke pain or pleasure, can superimpose imagery into the brain and superimpose music or sound or voices; can superimpose movies. Symptoms–physical symptoms that can be seen–of disease can be invoked or debilitating pleasure. Debilitating pleasure like having taken the street drug ecstasy but at a tolerable 500% of it’s normal dosage and with pinpoint acuity, effecting specific nerves for specific and varying effects designed by your operator. When I miss time off of work unexpectedly and make innuendo, this is usually the reason for it.

It’s not impossible–in fact it’s actually likely–that when conversing with someone “over-the-sky” that you move your lips and that you move your hands and you speak aloud as you would to a person face-to-face.

If you should ever go into a police station and complain of being assaulted or touched or hearing voices or having imagery superimposed into your brain, there is a stock response and answer from police. It is so predictable that in the past I have called it a telemarketing script. And that is simply “Have you considered seeing a doctor for your symptoms?”

Now I want you to take all of the suppositions that I just taught you and you can see where this is obviously going. The victim of the harassment is benignly asking the police for assistance. But the victim does not know that the police officer does is that the victim is likely marked for genocide.

When the police officer sends the victim to the doctor to get treatments, what he is doing is (theoretically) is he is getting a medical observation plus his own observation–that the victim is actually suffering from an incapacitating mental health disease! But the police officer knows damn well that the victim was in communication with none other than the police at the time he was exhibiting these traits of speaking to someone that no one else could see. Schizoid paranoia. Schizoid -disassociative disorder. Schizophrenia. I’m sure the DSM-12 manual has a few hundred more.

But it gets worse–Caucasians who use this technology to communicate with one another, to play with one another, as well as to assault one another when there are disputes and so on–actually have an “online” court whereby they can resolve these disputes with a mediator from the police department This is what I hear.

So two citizens both with an expected GDP of $3.5 million dollars for life, go to the police to resolve problems caused by ELF technologies and one gets a mediator from the police department but the other one gets tagged and branded and immediately enslaved. As a result of the communication with the police officer and or the medical professional that the victim of harassment by this tech has now lost their internet data, the ability to marry, to run a business, any assets they might inherit, and control over their personal lives. Chattel slavery.

Is it this phenomenal? I’ve never seen my own internet data that I myself have earned and generated. Estimates are that I’m losing hey substantial dollar value for business every day. This is stolen from me by the police departments. When I call in for services–any services whatsoever–they refuse them to Me.

One last point. Please don’t co-own property with citizens. It’s usually a family member. But it doesn’t have to do be. I don’t know if the FBI or the sheriff or the police can serve as a fiduciary or conservator on a person whom they do not know. But given the number of homeless and other vagabonds, I suppose that it’s possible. And if it’s possible then they’re doing it for money not because they care about the victim. Therefore a tax is applied to the state and exchange for services for the conservatorship or the estate of the victim would be taxed. Any businesses or assets or assets to inherit would go to the custody of the police or the conservator, not the conservativee.

But as intelligence agents we’re looking for both possibilities. In order to make these scams profitable you have to launder the money and police have to use other citizens to do that. Citizens that they control. Citizens that they can communicate with covertly. Covertly and with no traceable marks left behind. Maybe something like the ELF technologies?

It is not a security breach as I have been told, which is what the FBI supposedly fears, because if it was then the invocation for Christ would also be a security breach. To this day I walked past churches openly praying and singing for Christ’s return.

At the end of the day what we learn is that the filling of Jesus Christ’s shoes being filled by a single Human Being, is not a role too big for the Human Being that filled the shoes, it was a role too big for the people around Him and their insecurities, their egomania, their resentments, their stolen positions on society and their future plans of being able to institutionalize the rape of everyone else around them forever with impunity.
